These things we do, that others may live.”
- Lt Col Richard Kight
Pararescuemen (also known as PJs) are Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Air Combat Command (ACC) Operators tasked with recovery and medical treatment of personnel in humanitarian and combat environments.
The process of becoming a "PJ" is known informally as "Superman School". Almost two years long, it's among the longest Special Operations training courses in the world.
Our USAF Pararescue Wood Art Plaque is Handcrafted from 8 different fine Hardwoods.
Our Artists used 4 different woods to carefully sculpt our Signature Feathered Wings for the Angel, with "That Others May Live" boldly across the bottom.
This Air Force Pararescue / PJ Wood Art Plaque measures an impressive 16"W x 15.5"L.
